1 in 5 people are neurodivergent. Despite this fact, understanding of neurodiversity and neuro-inclusion remain insufficient and inconsistent.
Educators, employers, families, clinicians, and neurodivergent individuals often work in silos.
This conference is a platform for our broad community: people with lived experience, their loved ones and professionals from across sectors.

Progress is quicker, when we work together.

This event is the result of years of lived experience, working with neurodivergent individuals, learning and advocacy, as well as calls from the neurodivergent community for systemic change.

Instead of striving to fit in, let's create systems that are fit for us all.
The Vision
-
20% of the population are neurodivergent — including people with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, sensory processing and other brain differences.
-
Despite being a large group, many face systemic barriers to education, employment, mental and general healthcare, and social belonging.
-
Inclusion is not just ethical — it's a driver of innovation, wellbeing, and economic sustainability.
